Walk towards Creator

Pascal’s last words being “May God never abandon me”. Pascal was a French mathematician and physicist. Late in the year 1654, Pascal had an intense religious vision. He said “Fire, God of Abraham, not of the philosophers and the scholars”. He abandoned his scientific work and devoted himself to philosophy and theology. Understandably, it is difficult to reach GOD by just science.

It is not a new idea that we are created by GOD and we will go back to GOD. Every particle and subatomic particle down to field (energy carrier) fluctuations have a purpose of existence. The annihilation process finds a way to perform its task by borrowing energy from vacuum fluctuation for a very short time and returns back to vacuum. If you are a software person, you may find field fluctuations in vacuum are nothing but storage of functional procedures.

During the process of our creation from Quark and gluon interaction, some people possess incompressible ability by borrowing extra energy from the vacuum. To name just a few Buddha, Christ, Plato, Aristotle, Archimedes, Galileo, Newton, Einstein, and Rabindranath Tagore were persons of enormous capability. Their contribution to humanity must not be forgotten.

We know 99.99999% of our body is empty. The whole universe is mostly empty. We are made from the quantum field. Due to quantum field fluctuation (energy carrier) with fundamental particle (electron, gluon, and quark) we got mass and here we are. We are made up of fundamental particle of electron, neutrino, up quark and down quark.

GOD, the ultimate energy constructed everything in existence. Let us walk together in the past, very past towards GOD.

As we walk back we see what we read in the history, ending and beginning of wars. We will encounter the early start of human beings. We will see the ice age, complete destruction of living creature due to a big clash from impact from space. As we travel back further we see the earliest destruction of planets, stars, galaxies. We will encounter the empty dark space, the temperature is extremely high and constantly increasing. We see the destruction of molecular structure, and then helium and finally hydrogen becomes ionized. Electrons are flying all over the empty space. We are sad to see what we made of atoms are totally destroyed. We have already traveled 13 billion years.

We are almost close to the big bang. Whole space is scattered with the electron as the vacuum started losing the weak force. We spent entire 380,000 years with Nucleus of ionized Hydrogen; electrons are detached and dancing in a joy everywhere. About 20 minutes before big bang all weak nuclear is lost, even ionized Hydrogen can’t survive as vacuum lost strong force. Proton and neutron are divorced, quarks are visible. Twenty minutes passed we are at the last second at big bang lost entire electromagnetic and weak force. Within the last split second close to Big Bang only gravity is in existence. Science can’t take us any further. GOD is still far away; All forces are visible in a split second in an orderly fashion. GOD gave an equal amount of matter and antimatter as Hindu theology says we came from nothing. While matter and antimatter combined produced a massive amount of energy (e=mc²), and all matter and antimatter annihilate, but only a little amount of matter left after the big bang. Subsequently, all matter is created from energy and a tiny amount of residual matter.

Now is the time we should go back to reality and explore particle physics a little more detail.
Scientists and Physicists determined from the test that big bang and gravity force came together. Within split second strong force, electromagnetic field force, and weak force started to give the shape of the existence and quark (the most fundamental ingredient) confinement is observed. Empty space is not truly empty anymore; it is full of quark bundled in 2 or 3 quarks together. Second, after a space explosion or inflation happened. Within 3-20 minutes due to strong force hydrogen and helium Nuclei (proton and neutron) started to form. Electrons were dangling everywhere. As temperature cool down significantly hydrogen and helium atoms started to form; electron started orbiting around hydrogen and helium nuclei as if they are married.

Somehow GOD given particles like gluon, photon, electron, quark along with empty space and few forces (energy) fields stared to act and react to maintain their presence and creation of composite particles, thereby gave the beginning of our existence. GOD gave the mass field and force field to work in unison for their role and existence. Energy borrowed from empty space and squeeze out by strong field along with massless gluon and quarks started to create some other particle that can be quantified as mass.

As temperature cooling down further and further, the electromagnetic force came in action in concert with other forces started creating elements, gas, universe, planets and finally us.

To understand the micro-level, particle Physicists have created a situation close to the big bang state in the particle collider (laboratory). The famous lab is called LHC (Large Hadron Collider) located at CERN near Geneva to smash known particles with immense energy. Scientists found and named few other exchange particles names as W, and Z. W and Z bosons are particles that carry the weak force. This idea will be understood after our review of Quantum Electro & Chromo Dynamics conceptually.

Scientists were able to identify the four forces of nature. They are able to mathematical proved the intrinsic power of each force. Strength comparison is noted below:

Strong force – 1 (Unit strength)
Electromagnetic force – .01
Weak force – .00001
Gravity force – (Weakest of all) 10^-40

Particle physicists determine the timeline of our creation and exchange particle associated with the forces as described below:

Gravity – Graviton? (as exchange particle or gauze boson)?? Not discovered yet.
Strong Nuclear – (effect within the nucleus) gluon (as exchange particle)
Inflation – Space explosion
Electromagnetic – photon as exchange particle or gauze boson; helps to create Atom, other elements.
Weak Nuclear (effect within proton) – W-, W+ Z (exchange particle)
Quark Confinement – Quark can’t stay separate, but bundle to 2 or 3 Q

All the steps above started after Big Bang within a few seconds, and within 3-20 minutes Nuclei (H, He) is born, it is ionized with no electrons associated with Nuclei.
But it took 380, 000 years before Atoms were formed. Finally, it took billions of years and here we are.

The following picture of the fundamental particles is similar to the periodic table of elements. This is called the standard model. This model is very simple, not as complicated as the periodic table.
