SCHOOL PROPOSAL

We are in the process of forming a group that is interested to do community services to promote the welfare of the school children from West Bengal. Your service to this benevolent effort (Sponsored by USBengalForum.com and Computer Control & Support Inc.). A token of appreciation in the form of prize money will also be allocated for the children. Please read the following outline and send your ideas to us with your email address to join as a new member.

We would like to start a pilot program where talented students will be benefited not only by earning prize money but exposing their talents as well to the real world. We recognize that our schools have many talented students in arts, writing, painting, and photography, etc. It will be a good idea to encourage them by publishing their work. Our team is eager to work with the school system that will be interested in our approach for this endeavor. Therefore, we are urging you to give your philanthropic service to the young adults which will be highly appreciated by all. Here are the basic guidelines for your understanding of how our organization will work to coordinate this program.

The goal of our organization is to foster youth talent from Bengal. We are inviting schools to select the best work from their students.

If you are interested to get involved with a school to organize this, you will be given Rs. 2000 a year for your general expense. However, if you need more money to run the program we will definitely make an arrangement to cover those expenses. However, you may choose not to receive such a small amount. That would be appreciated by us.

Your job will be to coordinate with schools, to receive the best work from the students involved and then send them to us by email.

School and you will decide a few best works and after we receive all the works our committee will choose the one best work from each school. And it will be published on our web site.

There will be prize money for the best work from each school. This will be conducted four times a year on a quarterly basis.

Prize money will be sent to you. You will ensure that the money given is used for just cause.

Our website is dedicated to foster young talent because we believe that education/school medium is the best way to serve the community. Encouraging, bringing competitiveness among students and recognition of their creativity is a way to achieve this goal.

We will welcome any ideas that you may have to enhance our program, please send them to us for considerations. Together we will try to make it a success for the benefit of our talented children.

Our sponsor Computer Control & Support has supported USBengalForum.com online magazine for all expenses in the year 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 and will continue to support for the upcoming years ahead.
