Yogic Practice can form character, strengthen the mind, expand the intellect. The
uncontrolled mind drags us down, but the guided mind frees us, so we can gradually
progress in the Noble Eight-Fold Path of the Buddha – Virtue (Right Speech, Action,
Livelihood), Meditation (Right Effort, Mindfulness, Concentration), Wisdom (Right
View, Resolve). It is a matter of realized practice than mere intellectual knowledge.

With Yoga we come to realize that real food should focus on nutrition, rather than just
taste. It should not be about fried, oily, sugary, creamy, processed or fancy restaurants.
Rather it should be more raw, unprocessed, natural, organic with optimal herbs and
spices, less salt, sugar, oil. Food should be like medicine eaten quietly & not too much.
